Pull Up A Chair:A resistance based workout that includes free weights and flexibility training as well as relaxation techniques, all done in your chair.

E-Z Does It: This class is recommended for seniors and anyone wanting a 45 minute lighter cardio exercise class.

20/20/20: Get your cardiovascular system tuned up and challenged with this advanced floor and step aerobic class with light toning and a great stretch at the end. The instructor chooses this heart pumping format.

Body Pump: Challenge your muscle and get a great all over body shaping session with weights, exertubes, and resistance training topped off with a relaxing stretch and extreme abs.

Members Choice:Spotlight on a variety of classes and instructors, but always a complete workout. Members are allowed to request what they want to target. It could range from step to light weights.

Beginner Step Class: Learn the basics of step on various Saturday's within each month. Check the schedule to know the exact day it is held.

Step Interval: This extreme class includes using a step with strength training and floor exercise. It ends with a power house abdominal workout.

Pilates: This class is basic Pilates mixed in with some of our best instructors own format. If you want rock hard abs this is the class to be in. A great cell workout

Step: This is a basic step routine with extreme abs and flexibility techniques at the end.

The Core: This exciting new YMCA class will give you the six-pack abs you desire. It will work every part of your abdominals and lower back. A slimmer and sleeker waistline is the end result with continuous visits to this challenging, and dynamic class.
